An assistant that lifts the mental load off your family

We set up an assistant in Telegram for your family: it holds the household tasks, reminds whoever the task belongs to, puts together the menu and the shopping, picks things and toys for your child's age and explains what is happening at their stage. Your home no longer has one person who has to remember everything.

ApplyIt starts with a free 15-minute call

The assistant lives in your Telegram and runs on your ChatGPT subscription. We host nothing and keep none of your data.

The hardest part of running a home is not doing the tasks — it is remembering them

One of you holds the entire household in their head

Not “who washes up”, but who remembers that the washing-up needs doing, that the shampoo is running out, that there is a vaccination on Thursday and that the child has outgrown their autumn boots. That work is invisible — and it is exactly what wears a person down.

“Just tell me what to do” — which is also on you

When your partner is willing to help but you are the one holding the list, you stay the manager. The assistant takes over the role of handing out tasks, so you are both looking at the same place.

Agreements fall apart within a week

Spreadsheets and shared lists die because someone has to open them. The assistant lives in Telegram — where you already look a hundred times a day.

The same question every evening: what are we cooking

A menu for the week, a shopping list built from it, and what you already have at home. A small thing that eats a pile of decisions every single day.

What the assistant does

One place for everything going round in your head

Household tasks and the split

  • “What's on me today?” — a short list, without digging through chats
  • “Add: order a water filter” — one sentence, the moment you remember
  • Reminds whoever the task belongs to, rather than into the void
  • Keeps the recurring things: car service, doctor, documents, seasonal clothes
  • Sums up the week — with no “who did more” scoreboard

Menu and shopping

  • A weekly menu that accounts for what you eat and what you don't
  • A shopping list built from that menu, minus what you already have
  • “What can I cook from what's left in the fridge”
  • First-food and toddler menu ideas for your child's age

Things and toys

  • “What does a child need at 8 months” — without endless scrolling
  • Toys chosen for the developmental stage, not for the advertising
  • Compare a few prams or car seats against your own criteria
  • What to buy before the season starts, while there is still time

Your child and their stage

  • What usually happens at this age — and what to do about it at home
  • Play and activity ideas for the stage you are in
  • How to explain something difficult to a child in simple words
  • Prepare for a doctor's visit: what to ask, what to write down

What you get

You are not paying for access to AI — you are paying for a framework that is already built

The assistant's framework

A ready structure for how the assistant remembers your home, your people, your rhythm and your agreements. This is the bulk of the work — and the hardest part to assemble on your own.

A prompt library

Wording for your real scenarios: menus, shopping, the split, choosing things, questions about your child's stage. Copy it and it works.

Use cases for your family

Not abstract examples but yours: who is in your family, how old your child is, who does what, and what hurts most.

Setup done together with you

We connect the assistant to your Telegram and your ChatGPT account, and check that it works on your actual tasks.

A map of the household and how it is split

Together we write down everything that happens in your home — including the invisible work — and agree who carries what. Not “equally”, but fairly for your situation.

Two weeks of text support

You write to us when something doesn't sit right: the tone, the timing of reminders, new scenarios. Most of the adjustments happen in these two weeks.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Application and a short call

15 minutes to understand your situation and whether we can help at all. If we can't, we'll say so plainly and take no payment.

  2. Step 2

    A 60-minute session

We map the household, agree on the split and collect your scenarios. Best done with both of you there.

  3. Step 3

    Setup

We connect the assistant in your Telegram and your ChatGPT, move your tasks across and test it on real ones.

  4. Step 4

    Two weeks of support

You live your normal life, we fix what doesn't work. At the end, a short review and a guide so you can keep changing it yourselves.

Where your data lives

With you — and only with you

  • The assistant runs in your ChatGPT account and your Telegram.
  • Your lists, menus and agreements stay there — with you.
  • We don't host the assistant, we have no access to your chats after setup, and we keep none of your data.
  • During the session we see what you tell us yourselves — that is the work. After that you run everything on your own.

What we need from you

  • Telegram — that is where the assistant lives
  • An active ChatGPT subscription (Plus or higher) — the assistant runs on it
  • About 60 minutes for the session, ideally both of you

Price

€400

One-off payment for the setup

  • A 60-minute session: household map, the split, your scenarios
  • The assistant's framework, prompt library and use cases for your family

Who this suits

  • couples whose child has arrived and whose household suddenly doubled
  • people getting ready for a baby who want to agree things in advance
  • couples where one person holds the whole home in their head and is tired of being “the manager”
  • anyone who has already tried spreadsheets and shared lists — and watched them quietly die

When this is not the right thing

If there is coercion, control or fear in the relationship

A system that records who did what becomes one more instrument of pressure in a relationship like that. What is needed there is support, not better household logistics.

If the hope is that a partner will change because an assistant said so

The tool helps you keep an agreement; it does not make the agreement for you. An agreement is a conversation between two adults.

If what you need is work on the conflict, not on the chores

A family therapist or a mediator will be more useful. We organise the practical side of a household; we do not work on relationships.

Free Ukrainian support lines are collected on the “Where to get help” page.

Questions that come up

Where is our data stored?
With you. The assistant runs in your ChatGPT account and your Telegram — we host nothing and keep none of your lists or messages. After setup, access stays with you alone.
Why pay, when I already have ChatGPT?
You are not paying for access to the model — you already have that. You are paying for the work: the call, the session, a framework assembled around your family, the prompts and scenarios, the setup done with you, and two weeks of support. You could absolutely put this together yourself — the only question is how many evenings you want to spend hunting for the right wording instead of simply using something that already works.
Do we have to install another app?
No. The assistant lives in Telegram, which you already use.
What if my partner doesn't like this sort of thing?
That is a common situation, which is why the second person needs to do the bare minimum: reply in a chat that is already open. If your partner is firmly against it, say so on the first call and we'll work out together whether there's any point.
Can we trust what the assistant says about our child?
It is a convenient way to get oriented quickly and prepare questions, but it is not a medical source. It can be wrong. Anything to do with health, development or worrying symptoms should be checked with your own doctor — we show you separately how to phrase questions so you can take them to a specialist.
Won't this turn into monitoring each other?
We deliberately build the assistant to show the work rather than grade the person: no ratings, no points, no “who is falling behind”. If there is already control or coercion in the relationship, a system like this makes it worse — which we say plainly below.
What if it doesn't work?
That is what the two weeks of support are for: most of “it doesn't work” turns out to be a question of tone, reminder timing and wording. If after the support period you feel it brought you nothing, write to us and we'll sort it out individually.
