Agree on what matters — in each of your own voices
In version 1.0 a couple answered together on one screen, and the quieter voice often simply went along with it. Here you each choose on your own first, and only then look together at what came out.

Warmth
At home you are allowed to be tired and not pretend everything is fine.
When one of us comes home irritable, we ask what happened first and about the to-do list second.
Sleep and lack of it
Lost sleep is something we share, not something one of us endures.
We take turns at night, and whoever is off duty sleeps in the other room without feeling guilty.
Practice for 14 days
We take turns at night, and whoever is off duty sleeps in the other room.
Each evening we agree whose night it is
We come back on 15 September 2026
An example result. The family is made up — it is nobody's real answer and not a model of how it “should” look.
Five steps
- 01
Each on your own
One after the other on the same device: each of you picks your values and writes what they mean to you. Any answer can be kept private.
- 02
What overlapped
Together you see three columns: what matched, the same word with a different meaning, and what only one of you named.
- 03
Our values
A value becomes a family value only when both of you confirm it. Three to five is enough.
- 04
What it means in daily life
For each value, a shared meaning and one action someone could see from the outside. If you did not agree, you write that down instead.
- 05
Our result
One practice for 14 days, and a date to come back and see whether it worked.
What you keep
Compass card
The short form: your values and one practice. Something to leave in plain sight.
Full map
Values, shared meanings, actions, and the topics you will come back to. Prints on A4.
Poster
The same thing in large letters — for a wall or a fridge door.
All of it prints or saves as a file. Nothing goes to a server: we have no accounts and no database of your answers.
What changed since 1.0
Two voices instead of one
Before, the couple answered together and the louder voice quietly won. Now each person chooses on their own, and only then do you look together.
Nothing becomes shared by itself
One person's choice does not turn into a family value until the other explicitly confirms it.
A shorter required path
Family stories, the 15 questions and the six-field mission are no longer part of the required path. They stay available as extra material.
One practice instead of a list of intentions
From the actions you already wrote down you choose one, give it a rhythm and a date, and come back to see whether it worked.
The right not to agree
An open question can be saved separately — or not saved at all. Agreement is not a condition of finishing.
When this tool is not the right one
It is built for a conversation between two adults who can speak freely. If there is fear in the relationship, that is a conversation for a person who knows this work, not for a tool.

If the device is shared
Every screen has a quick exit: it wipes the session from the device and opens a neutral site straight away. The page will still be in the browser history — that is worth clearing separately.
Where your answers live
- Everything is stored in this browser's memory. No account, no server, no copy on our side.
- An answer marked private is not shown to the other person — and it does not go into the result.
- Names are optional: you can stay “Partner A” and “Partner B”.
- Versions 1.0 and 2.0 are stored separately, so the new one overwrites nothing in the old one.
2.0 is a working version we are testing with real families. It has already been revised following internal reviews, but before the pilot it is waiting on sign-off from professionals: a family therapist, a domestic-violence specialist, and perinatal and legal reviewers. Until that exists, treat it as a draft rather than a method.
Common questions
- Is this a replacement for family therapy?
- No. It is a structured conversation you hold yourselves. It does not resolve conflict and it does not replace a professional.
- What if we do not agree?
- That is a normal outcome. “Not agreed yet” can be saved separately — or not saved at all. Agreement is not a condition of finishing.
- Do we need two devices?
- No, one is enough: one person goes through it, then hands the device over. If handing the device over is awkward, the second person can go through it separately later.
- Does the result have legal force?
- No. It is not a contract and not a legal document. What is written on the map means nothing to a court or any institution.
- Can we go back to version 1.0?
- Yes, it works exactly as it did, and your old result is still there. The two versions are stored separately.
- How long does it take?
- 20–40 minutes if you do not rush. You can stop halfway — the progress stays on this device.
